Mark Akeroyd is Head of Product at Lumiant, where he is responsible for supporting and guiding Lumiant customers in designing and staging memorable, meaningful and transformational client experiences. He is also the host of Lumiant Live, a podcast dedicated to uncovering best practices in delivering an extraordinary values-based advice experience.
With more than 13 years experience working in the industry, Mark has a wealth of knowledge in scaling consistent, high quality advice experiences for financial institutions. Mark began his career at one of Australia's top four banks, National Australia Bank, where he led teams of financial advisors across multiple states. Wanting to help the advice industry at scale, he moved to MLC Advice one of Australia's market leaders in retirement solutions, where he headed up their client experience, investment philosophy, voice of client system and go to market strategy across their 300 staff and 6,500 clients.
Mark's passion for human centred advice stems from the belief that great financial advice helps clients navigate complexity to lead a significant life.
