Provide practitioners with a tool to assist women who may find themselves suddenly as household CFO after many years of not being responsible for personal finance, or after many years of believing (or being told) they are 'bad with money' leaving them to avoid planning altogether. The Changes and Grief model can help practitioners identify limiting beliefs while moving forward in the planning process with compassion and understanding that grief associated with the loss of a relationship is not linear.
