2025 Conference: Change, Choices, and Outcomes
Approved for 1.5 CDFA & CFP CE Credits
Every divorce case, from the simple to the complex, has an interplay of technical and human elements. The technical usually get the attention and the time while the human, when left unattended to, creates the messiness. In this session we will cover a practical, three-part, repeatable process designed for the human and the technical sides of divorce.
Step One: Manage the stress of change to recover and enhance cognitive capacity.
- Client exercises to break through brain fog and numbness.
Step Two: Enhance the clarity and confidence needed to make good choices.
- Client exercise for processing information and increasing recall.
Step Three: Build a simple scenario system to illustrate potential outcomes.
- Client exercise for What if… testing various scenarios.
The objective is to illustrate a practical, repeatable, and universal model to help each client make their best choices and reduce or eliminate regrets post-divorce. This divorce model is fully customizable depending upon the advisor and each client. The expected results when applying this model with skill are, stronger client relationships, more efficient meetings and confident implementation.
Please note that the conference is live and in-person in Denver, Colorado - United States. All schedules shown in the conference agenda are in central standard.
