Sylvia Guinan has worked as a Financial Advisor for over twenty years at two major brokerage firms.  She has her MBA and is also a CDFA. Sylvia has been recognized by many prominent publications for her work in this field. 

Sylvia mastered the ability to find hope and positivity in the most challenging situations. For more than ten years, Sylvia has used her gifts to support people through difficult relationship transitions by helping them to shift from the fear of a failed marriage to a new vision of their life with an empowered beginning.

Danielle Aldama

Danielle is a Silicon Valley native, raised in a variety of Bay Area suburbs, where her parents are (still) small business owners.  After Archbishop Mitty High School, Danielle graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University almost exclusively on grants, scholarships and student loans, with a degree in Economics.   In a quest to better understand money in a “real world” sense, Danielle began her lifelong calling to be a financial advisor at Enterprise Trust & Investment Company followed by Union Bank of California. 

The designations Danielle holds today are a reflection of her drive to constantly learn and better the lives of clients and their families.  Danielle has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. To do so, she had to complete an approved educational program, pass a rigorous examination and meet stringent experience requirements. Danielle also fulfills annual continuing education requirements to remain aware of current planning strategies and financial trends.  As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™(CDFA), Danielle helps clients understand how the financial decisions they make today will impact their financial future. A CDFA™ is trained to provide financial advice on divorce cases and to educate clients on the financial implications of different divorce settlement proposals.  She also holds the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Accredited Domestic Partnership AdvisorSM (ADPA) designations. The ADPA designation focuses on the unique investment planning needs of couples who are considered unmarried under state law, federal law, or both. 

Paula Sabbagha

CFP, CDFA

Paula Sabbagha is a Wealth Management Advisor with TCG & Associates of Merrill Lynch in Columbia, SC. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, CDFA®, Paula focuses on assisting women in navigating the financial matters of divorce and rebuilding their lives independently, through the use of planning and education.


Paula joined Bank of America in 2006 as a Banking Center Manager for the Consumer Bank. She was a Merrill Lynch Banking Advisor, advising clients on lending and liquidity strategies before transitioning into the Financial Advisor role with TCG& Associates. Paula is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude. Paula earned her Masters of Business Administration from USC in June 2017. Paula focuses on Wealth Management strategies to help her clients meet their financial goals. Paula holds the CFP® designation, Certified Financial Planner and the CDFA® designation,
Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.


Paula is the President and the founding member of the Columbia chapter of the Women's Exchange which began in September 2014. Paula is passionate about educating women and has created a Women’s Educational Series focusing on different topics important to women, including financial planning, health and wellness and estate planning. Paula resides in Columbia, SC with her children Cody, Elizabeth and Samuel. She is very active in her community through volunteer activities with Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, Transitions Homeless Shelter, Boys and Girls Club, and Harvest Hope Food Bank and board service with the South Carolina Philharmonic. She serves as a liaison for the Bank of America Community Volunteers Committee. In her spare time she enjoys reading, Pure Barre workout classes, visiting the beach and spending time with friends and family.
