Susan is the founder of the Sudden Money® Institute, which develops processes and tools for the personal side of money and for clients going through transitions. The group created the Certified Financial Transitionist® (CeFT®) designation, and a division for training and certification called the Financial Transitionist® Institute. Susan speaks frequently in the US as well as internationally, and is the author of Sudden Money: Managing a Financial Windfall (Wiley 2000). Susan has served as a member of the FPA’s National Board of Directors, as well as on the National Football League’s Players Association's Financial Education Advisory Board.

Leslie Blue is the founder of Blue Heart Mediation, a center that helps couples in the Mesa/Chandler area divorce in a better way.  She spent most of her career in Finance and has focused on helping couples take control of the divorce process to center the family and future financial outcomes for the past five years as a CDFA® Practitioner.  Leslie is Series 65 Certified and an AAMS®.  She is an instructor for the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts® and she is currently serving on the Board of the The Family Service Agency of Arizona.
